    The written estimate

    On site, the price is written down before we start: labour at the posted rate, materials at cost plus 15%.

  3. 03
    The work

    Martin or Kevin does the work himself. If something unexpected changes the price, we tell you before going on.

  4. 04
    Before we leave

    Floor swept, old parts taken away, invoice identical to the estimate. Taxes extra.

01Do you charge for travel?

Not in Beauport, Charlesbourg, Limoilou, Old Québec, Sainte-Foy or Boischatel. Elsewhere in the region: $45, announced before we leave.

02Is the estimate really free?

Yes, on site, for any project over $500. For a small repair, we give you the price on the phone.

03Are you licensed?

Yes: RBQ licence 5842-1177-01, CMMTQ member. The number is printed on every estimate and every invoice.

04Do you do natural gas hookups?

No. For gas, we refer you to a certified colleague in the area rather than improvise.
