How it works
Four steps, always in the same order, so there are no surprises.
- The first call You tell us what brings you in, and whether you're anxious. We then plan more time, at no extra charge.
- The first visit No treatment. We talk, we take a look, and we take X-rays if you agree.
- The written plan You leave with a priced treatment plan, with no obligation. Nothing starts without your consent.
- Treatment, at your pace One treatment at a time, with every step explained first. You raise your hand, we stop.
Insurance and billing
We bill most private insurers directly: Sun Life, Desjardins, Manulife, Blue Cross, Canada Life, SSQ, Beneva, Industrial Alliance, and public service plans. You only pay the uncovered portion.
We also accept RAMQ (children under 10 and social assistance recipients), the Canadian Dental Care Plan, and CNESST. Without insurance: interest-free payment in three installments for treatments over $500.
Dental emergency today
Broken tooth, abscess, pain that keeps you up at night, a loose crown: call from 8 am. Two slots are held free every morning, and we return all messages before 9:30 am.

And if yours isn't here, Nadia will answer it over the phone.
Are you accepting new patients?
Yes, this season. The first appointment is usually within two weeks.
It's been years since I've been to the dentist. Is that bad?
It's common, and no one will blame you. We start from where you are, with a plan at your own pace.
How much do an exam and a cleaning cost?
From $165. The exact price of any other treatment is given to you in writing before we begin.
Do you bill my insurance directly?
Yes, for most private insurers. You only pay the portion that isn't covered.
At what age should I bring my child?
As soon as the first tooth appears, or by age one at the latest. Exams for children under 10 are covered by the RAMQ.
