Why Our Menu Changes with the Seasons
If you come back to us several times a year, you will notice the menu evolves. It is not a whim: it is a way of cooking with the best nature offers at each time of the year.
Cooking at the pace of the produce
A vegetable picked at its peak does not need much to be excellent. By following the seasons, we work with more flavorful and fresher ingredients, and let the taste speak.
- In spring: light dishes, young shoots, fresh herbs.
- In summer: salads, grilled dishes, ripe fruit.
- In autumn: root vegetables, mushrooms, comforting flavors.
- In winter: stews, soups, dishes that warm you up.
This approach also keeps the team curious. Every menu change is a moment of creation, where we try, taste and adjust until we are satisfied.
Some favorite dishes come back from one season to the next, because we know you miss them. Tell us which ones you love, we take note. And if you have dietary restrictions, simply let your server know: we will adapt what we can.
