We design the cake with you: flavours, height, decoration, wording. Choose the filling from twelve house creams, we handle the rest. Photo of the finished cake sent the day before.

72h Minimum notice for a personalized birthday cake (8 to 30 servings, $4.25 per serving).
6 wks Tiered wedding cakes, from $7 per serving, with a tasting of four flavours ($35, credited toward the order).
48h Reception trays: petits fours, verrines, mini pastries. From $32 per dozen.

The seasonal calendar

Holiday classics sell out fast. We open reservations three weeks ahead — sign up on the list in store.

January

King's cake with frangipane, with the charm and the crown. Every Saturday of the month.

February

Raspberry-chocolate hearts for Valentine’s, and chocolates in a box of nine.

Spring

Easter: filled eggs and molded bunnies. Then rhubarb from Clémentine's mother-in-law's garden.

Summer

Île d'Orléans strawberries, blueberries, raspberries: tarts and shortcakes while they last at the market.

Fall

Apple and pumpkin tarts, caramel-hazelnut entremets, hot chocolate from November.

December

Yule logs in five flavours, order from November 25. Pickup on December 23 and 24.
