Is the estimate really free?

Yes. It is written, detailed and with no obligation. Only the electronic diagnostic ($95) is charged, and it is credited if you have the repair done with us.

Do you repair all makes?

Yes, cars and light trucks of all makes, gas, hybrid or electric, including vehicles still under the manufacturer's warranty.

Can I wait on site?

For maintenance or a tire change, yes. For a longer repair, one of our two courtesy vehicles or the shuttle to Beauport and Charlesbourg, by reservation.

When should I book my tire change?

October-November and April are the busiest periods: book about two weeks ahead. Seasonal storage costs $75 per season.

What does the warranty cover?

Parts and labour on repairs, for 2 years or 40,000 km, whichever comes first.
