We call you when it's ready; the pair waits for you at the counter.
The questions
that keep coming up.
Is it worth resoling my boots?
If the upper is good leather and the boot is stitched, almost always: a full resole costs $85 to $140, a comparable new boot around $400. Bring it in and we'll tell you on the spot.
Do I need an appointment?
No. Come to the counter during opening hours; small jobs are done while you wait.
How long does it take?
While-you-wait for heels, toe caps and belts; 2 to 5 days for regular work; 1 to 2 weeks for major repairs. In the fall, allow a few extra days.
Do you repair glued shoes?
Often, yes, but not always. Some moulded soles can't be replaced: we tell you before we start.
I live far away. What can I do?
Mail us your items with your contact details and a note about the work you want. We call you with the price, then send them back by Canada Post.
