No. III — The House
A house,
not a file factory.
Founded in 1987 by Laurent Delorme, the House has deliberately stayed small. Twenty-two lawyers, two founding partners, a limited number of new mandates each quarter. That is what allows us to answer the phone ourselves.
Our clients are families, entrepreneurs and founders. Many have entrusted us with the sale of their company, then their parents' estate, then their children's marriage contract.

No. IV — The principles
Four rules,
kept since 1987.
One partner per mandate
The partner who meets you is the one who signs. You are never handed over to a stranger along the way.
Discretion first
No client is ever named, no case is ever told. Professional secrecy begins with the first call.
Fees in writing
The cost is stated in writing before anything else. No surprise on the invoice, no forgotten minute.
The long run
We stand by families across generations: the business, the estate, then the children.
