Our founder
Mélanie Poirier, a certified groomer with 11 years of experience, founded Poil Soyeux in 2015 in Saint-Jean-sur-Richelieu with a simple idea: every animal deserves grooming done with patience, never rushed.
Today, our team applies the same approach with every dog and cat who walks through the door — from nervous pets to seasoned regulars, including specialized grooming for sensitive skin.
