Our workshop

Pierre-Luc Ménard, trained cabinetmaker

A trained cabinetmaker, Pierre-Luc opened his workshop in 2010 in Saint-Hyacinthe after a 10-year apprenticeship under master craftsmen. Every piece that leaves the workshop is hand-shaped, with respect for the wood and the client.

Since 2010 in Saint-Hyacinthe

Our story starts in the sawdust.

A workshop, a craft, a family of clients

After a ten-year apprenticeship under master cabinetmakers, Pierre-Luc Ménard opened his own workshop in 2010, right in the heart of Saint-Hyacinthe. He still hand-shapes unique furniture from local wood species there today.

Over the years, the workshop has become a landmark for local families seeking durable pieces built to last generations, not seasons.

Our philosophy

What guides every piece we craft

Artisanal precision

Every cut, every joint is executed with a care for detail inherited from a ten-year apprenticeship.

Respected material

Wood is chosen and worked to reveal its natural grain and strength, never forced.

Transparency

A clear price, realistic timelines, explained before the project even begins.

Durability

Pieces built to last decades, not seasons.

The team

Pierre-Luc Ménard, founder & trained cabinetmaker

Trained for ten years under master craftsmen before opening his own workshop in 2010, Pierre-Luc brings his passion for solid wood to every project, from the simplest to the most ambitious.

Still at the workbench every day, he personally shapes every piece himself, from choosing the wood to the final coat of finish.
