Sophie Gagnon, certified groomer
A graduate in dog and cat grooming, Sophie has practiced since 2016. She opened her own salon in 2019 after working at a veterinary clinic, where she developed a gentle approach for anxious pets.
Joined by Maude, apprentice groomer, she takes the time needed with every pet â never rushed appointments.
Four rules at the salon
The pet's own pace
We start when your companion is ready. A fearful puppy or cat is never forced.
Honesty
If a coat is too matted to be detangled without pain, we tell you and suggest a shave-down.
A clean salon
Table, tools and kennels are cleaned and disinfected between every pet.
Always learning
Sophie takes courses on new cutting techniques and stress-free handling.
