Marie-Pier Chouinard
A graduate of the Centre de formation professionnelle de Limoilou in esthetics, certified in skincare and massage therapy (RMQ member). Twelve years in spas before opening Douce Heure in 2022, in a Maguire Street apartment converted into a single treatment room.
She works slowly, explains every step, and turns down treatments that don't suit your skin — even if it means selling you less.
What you'll find here, and what you never will
One client at a time
One treatment room, never two appointments at once. Nobody is waiting behind the door.
Never any pressure sales
You leave with advice, not a bag of products. A treatment that doesn't suit your skin is turned down.
Natural products
Québec brands, no synthetic fragrance, never tested on animals.
All the time it takes
Every step is explained, every gesture is unhurried. An hour here really is an hour for you.
