Do I need an appointment for an alteration?
No. Our seamstress takes your measurements at the counter. For a wedding dress or a stage costume, call us first so she can set time aside for you.
I lost my drop-off ticket. What should I do?
Give your name and phone number at the counter: we keep receipts for 90 days.
Is the process safe for silk and cashmere?
Yes. The GreenEarth process is perchloroethylene-free and gentle on delicate fibres. Leather and suede are handled separately.
How do I book a home pickup?
Call us the day before: we come by on the day set for your area, with no travel fee in the Sillery area.
Do you store coats over the summer?
Yes, with seasonal storage: your coat is cleaned, stored in a garment bag and ready to pick up in the fall.
