Is the estimate really free?
Yes. The written estimate costs nothing. Only a full electronic diagnostic is charged, and it is credited if you have the repair done with us.
Can I get my old parts back?
Always. Replaced parts are kept for you, and we show you the faulty part before we start.
Do you repair hybrids and electric vehicles?
Yes. Steve is trained in electronic systems and hybrid vehicles, and the shop has multi-brand diagnostic equipment.
What does the warranty cover?
Parts and labour on our repairs, for 2 years or 40,000 km, whichever comes first.
Can I get a car during the repair?
Two courtesy vehicles are available by reservation, and a shuttle leaves in the morning for Beauport and Charlesbourg.
