The great national cardboard box day
On July 1st, there isn't a truck left. Anywhere.
Book between February and April.
By mid-May, our six trucks are booked for July 1st, and this isn't sales pressure: it's been like this every year since 1998.
Peak rate from June 25 to July 3
— announced in the quote, never added afterward. A $200 deposit confirms the date, refundable up to 30 days before.
Don't have a choice of date?
We keep two teams in reserve for July 1st emergencies. Call: sometimes it works out.
Move on June 29 or July 4
if you can: normal rate, a fresh crew, and you won't spend the day in traffic.

The price that balloons and the belongings that break. We built our rules around those two fears.
✓Fixed price guaranteed in writing: if the move takes longer than planned, that's our problem, not your bill.
✓Contract signed before moving day, with the date, addresses, team, what's included and excluded.
✓Insured business: $2M in liability coverage, up-to-date CNESST certificate, provided on request.
✓Basic protection included: $0.60 per pound per item, as required by law. A 40 lb TV = $24.
✓Optional replacement-value protection: $95 for $25,000 of coverage, $250 deductible. We explain it without pushing it.
✓Movers employed year-round, never subcontractors or day laborers hired the night before.
✓Criminal background check for every employee, renewed every three years.
✓Trucks marked with our name, uniformed team, numbered inventory signed at pickup and delivery.

For houses, large volumes and offices. By appointment, Monday to Saturday.
