My name is Camille Bérubé. I was born in Saint-Jérôme and never really left. After a bachelor's degree in business administration, I earned my residential real estate broker's licence in 2012.

In 2019, I founded Seuil with a simple idea: one single person, from the first call to the handing over of the keys. No assistant calling back for me, no delegated showings. When you write to me, I am the one who answers.

I know the Laurentians street by street: which schools are filling up, which areas are gaining value, which basements take on water in spring. That knowledge is what you are hiring.

Fourteen years, five doors

2012 Door 1 Broker's licence. First sale: a bungalow two streets from my parents' house.
2015 Door 2 One hundred transactions. I start photographing and measuring every property myself.
2019 Door 3 Seuil opens on rue Labelle, in Saint-Jérôme.
2023 Door 4 360° tours and measured floor plans for every listing, at no charge.
2026 Door 5 Three hundred families later, still the same phone number.
