Treatments & rates
A receipt is provided for every session, eligible under most group insurance plans. Taxes extra.
Free cancellation up to 24h before the appointment — after that, the session is billed in full.
Our techniques
We suggest the technique based on your needs, not what's trendy.
Long, flowing strokes. The classic starting point for a first visit.
Sustained pressure on deeper muscle layers, for chronic tension.
Heat relaxes the muscles before the manual massage — ideal in winter.
Targeted work on the reflex points of the feet, for whole-body relaxation.
Questions asked questions
Answers to the questions we are asked most often on the phone.
Does my insurance cover the session?
Most group insurance plans cover treatments from a massage therapist who is an FQM member. You receive the receipt at the end of each session; check with your insurer how much is covered per year.
Which massage should I choose for a first visit?
Swedish massage is the usual starting point. If you have a specific tension, mention it when you arrive: the technique and pressure adjust during the session.
Can I get a massage during pregnancy?
Yes, from the second trimester on, lying on your side with support cushions. Let us know about any particular medical follow-up when you book.
How do I cancel or move an appointment?
By phone or email, no later than the day before. A same-day cancellation is charged in full, out of respect for people waiting for a spot.
