The prices on the list are starting points. The written quote, handed over after the visit, includes all of this.
Free and with no obligation: we measure the surfaces, check the condition of the walls and talk colours.
Holes filled, sanding, tape and drop cloths: the planned preparation is described, room by room.
The number of coats, the brand and the finish are spelled out: Sico, Benjamin Moore or Behr, your choice.
The quoted price is the price on the invoice, taxes extra. Any change is written down before it is made.
On the labour of every project: if the paint peels or flakes, we come back.

Do I need to empty the room before you arrive?
No. Just put away fragile items and frames; we move and cover the furniture ourselves.
How long does a project take?
A bedroom usually takes one day, a full floor three to five days. The planned duration is written on the quote.
Can a child's room be painted without the smell?
Yes. Odourless, low-VOC paint is available on request, at no extra charge for children's rooms.
Do you paint exteriors in any weather?
No. Exterior work is put on hold below 10 °C or when it rains: the paint does not bond properly, and we do not cut corners on that.
How does payment work?
20% deposit at signing, balance when the work is done. Cash, debit or credit, and payment in two instalments on projects over $1,500.
