How late can I reserve my bread?
The day before, by 6 p.m., by phone or email. It waits for you the next day, under your name, on the shelf.
Do you have gluten-free products?
Yes, on Wednesdays and Saturdays. The bakehouse is not free of wheat flour: we cannot guarantee the absence of traces.
Do you bake for restaurants and offices?
Yes, to order: bread for restaurants and pastry trays for meetings. Write to us to discuss it.
What happens to unsold bread?
It goes at half price after 5 p.m. Nothing from the day before is sold as fresh bread.
