No. II — The process
Four stages,
all written in advance.
A mandate never starts in a fog. Here is how the first weeks with the firm unfold.
-
I
The first call
A partner answers you personally, the same day. We first make sure no conflict of interest prevents us from representing you.
-
II
The meeting
Ninety minutes in our offices or at your home. You leave with a clear reading of your situation and of the possible options.
-
III
The engagement letter
Everything is in writing: the purpose of the mandate, the partner in charge, the fees and the timeline. Nothing starts without your signature.
-
IV
The follow-up
A report at every important step, and an answer to your questions within the day, until the final signature.

Frequently asked questions
What we are asked
1Do you accept every case?
No. We accept a limited number of new mandates each quarter, within our six practices. If your matter falls outside them, we refer you to a trusted colleague.
2Can you come to us?
Yes. The private audience can take place at our offices, at your home, at your company or by secure video call.
3How is confidentiality ensured?
Professional secrecy applies from the very first call. Your documents are kept on encrypted servers in Quebec and never leave the firm without your consent.
4Do you work with other professionals?
With your tax specialists, notaries, accountants and wealth managers, if you wish. A single contact coordinates everything: the partner in charge of your mandate.
